Telemarketing person

Salary - Basic plus bonuses, negotiable, dependent upon experience

This is a new role for a bright, intelligent Telemarketing person. This is an excellent opportunity to join our well established company and become part of a highly motivated team. You will have a proven track record within a telemarketing (or telesales) environment. Knowledge or previous experience of Pegasus, ProspectSoft or other leading financial/CRM packages will assist your application. A sound, up-to-date knowledge of all aspects of hardware would also be advantageous to you. Confidence, along with high levels of enthusiasm and first class communication skills are essential.

Candidates without an IT background, but having a proven track record of telemarketing or telesales within their industry sector will also be favourably considered. Candidates without a telemarketing (or telesales) background will not be considered for this role and need not apply.

Other Information

Some formal training will be given by way of attending outside training courses with our suppliers, as well as more informal in-house training. Most product and technical knowledge will be learnt on an individual-learning basis so self-motivation will be critical to your success.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills. They will be confident, enthusiastic and able to handle all situations with ease and efficiency. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to be very smartly presented at all times.
