We are able to offer a full installation and configuration service for the above products, using our own Microsoft Certified System Engineers and Microsoft Certified Professionals. Training and on-going system support and development is also available.

As part of our Microsoft Certified Partner Accreditation, we have full access to Microsoft's exclusive technical support team and facilities. This enables us to offer total peace of mind to our clients' when they purchase Microsoft products from us.

We also offer installation, training and support options for Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft ISA Server (Internet Security and Acceleration),Terminal Services, VPN (Virtual Private Networks), IIS (Internet Information Services) and RAS (Remote Access Services).

Novell Networking Software

Novell Netware v4, v5 and above

We have been installing and supporting Novell Netware since the mid-80's and are able to offer a full installation and configuration service, using our own experienced hardware engineers. Training and on-going system support and development is also available.

Network and Server training plans usually include general administrator training for the system, including backing up and restoration of data plus basic system trouble-shooting. However, if required this can include more advanced functions such as setting up new users and access rights plus network printers and printers, along with amending existing users and network printing facilities.
