Minster Susan Marlow 2

Susan Marlow

Managing Director

Our managing director Susan has been with the business since 1988, initially creating and leading the software team, before heading up the finance department. Susan works closely with the other teams and is responsible for creating and setting our strategic direction and vision. Living and breathing our values of Respect, Integrity, Working Together, Commitment and Verve, Susan is the lifeblood of Minster and when she is relaxing, loves spending time with her family, walking her dogs, attending live concerts and the theatre.

Head of Sales

Paul has been with Minster since 2017 and is responsible for managing and developing the sales team. He has been working in the IT industry since 1998 and has a wealth of experience in ERP software, IT services, Disaster Recovery and Cyber Security. Outside work Paul is a keen runner and loves all things football and music related.

Operations Manager

Simon re-joined Minster early 2022 as Operations Manager. He has collectively staked up to over 30 years IT experience, with 16 of those at Minster. Simon is responsible for the service delivery team in both infrastructure and applications, helping to keep our customers’ businesses moving forward with the ever-changing IT landscape. Outside of work Simon enjoys gaming, technology and is a “classic IT enthusiast”.

Contracts Manager

Starting in our Sales team, Karan joined Minster in 2000 but since 2012 has been responsible for developing and managing our Contracts team. Away from work, Karan supports her family up and down the country with their sailing and rowing club pursuits, but on a personal level has recently joined a local life drawing class, rekindling her passion for painting and the arts.

R&D Manager

Dave started his IT career back in 1978 as a Junior Computer Operator. Since then, he has spent time operating and managing IT systems for manufacturing, wholesale & distribution companies. He has also spent time working in the 3rd Party software arena providing consultancy, training, and support to clients both in the UK and throughout Europe on behalf of US based software companies. Dave joined Minster’s Infrastructure Team back in 2012. He moved into the Applications Team and progressed to become Technical Team Leader, followed by Technical Manager assuming responsibility for both the Infrastructure and Applications Teams.  Dave took on his current role as R&D Manager to allow him to focus on looking into new products & services to develop and enhance Minster’s portfolio. Outside of work, enjoys playing badminton, classic motorcycles, and spending time with his family.
