Openreach (still commonly known as BT to many of us) are set to make huge changes to the UK’s telephone services by 2025. This may sound like you have plenty of time to think about this – but the ability to order will cease as of 2023; so, make sure that you don’t get caught out.
As of December 2025, Openreach are withdrawing the PSTN and ISDN network. But what does this mean for you and your business?
The Public Switch Telephone Network (PSTN) allows for calls to be made through ‘old fashioned’ copper/fibre telephone lines.
