Marketing Assistant

Minster are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing professional to work at our offices in Kidderminster. The role offers a broad range of duties including day-to-day marketing administration functions such as telemarketing, updating our CRM database, creating unique content for our website, monitoring, updating and reporting on social media activity, branding marketing documentation and working closely with the team to fulfil campaigns.

As lead generation will be a key part of your role, you will be given the opportunity to implement your own campaigns and further develop your marketing abilities through a variety of platforms. The role covers a broad range of marketing duties, from regular social media activity through to exhibition preparation so you will enjoy having a diverse role as well as take a pride in ensuring that high standards of accuracy and presentation are maintained.

The Minster team work together to get the best result so the right candidate will find the role both exciting and challenging and will have the opportunity to introduce ideas to our marketing strategy.

Working alongside the Marketing manager and the sales team, you will be a key player in our business by ensuring that the main elements of the marketing department are running smoothly. While you will be reporting to the marketing manager, you will also provide assistance to other areas of the business where branding, content writing or telemarketing is required.
