New Business Infrastructure Sales Consultant
We are looking for a confident New Business Sales Consultant, with at least 3 years' experience selling IT support services. This includes, but it not limited to, Server Solutions, Virtualisation both on-premise and cloud based (hosted, Azure/AWS), Microsoft Windows Server/SQL Server, MS 365/SharePoint, Back Up and Disaster Recovery solutions, Cyber Security and Managed services. Working with Minster's established sales team, you will report to our Head of Sales.
Pegasus Opera 3 Project Consultant
We are looking to recruit an experienced Pegasus Opera 3 Project Consultant who is comfortable working in the office as well as on-site delivering projects at our customer offices. We are looking for someone with experience of pre-sales and software demonstrations, scoping of new ERP projects as well as face-to-face training and support for our customers.
The majority of our customers are Midlands-based or located in the surrounding counties of our Kidderminster Head Office in Worcestershire.
We would also be interested in speaking with you if you have a history of providing Pegasus Helpdesk Support and are looking for career progression.
Pegasus Opera 3 Support Consultant
We are looking for an experienced, accredited Pegasus Opera 3 Support Consultant. This role could be fully remote, or part/fully office-based depending on your location. Reporting to the Applications Team Leader, we are looking for someone with a friendly and professional telephone manner, who has a real focus on great customer-service and who is used to a busy HelpDesk Support environment.
There are development opportunities with this role to learn other products and also to advance to a Project Consultant.
