This utility is designed to allow the removal of unwanted stock items, even when sales history records exist.
This utliity is available for Pegasus Opera 3.
The inclusion (or otherwise) is determined by the setting of a flag on each stock record, plus a setting at run-time that checks for any stock transactions newer than a selected date.
The stock record will not be deleted if either of the criteria fails.
All stock items that pass the criteria will be deleted from the main stock record and the linked warehouses, and will also be removed from sales history and supplier product details for purchase orders.
